After creating an account with Certn Lime, all new clients must undergo our account verification process. We need to verify that your company is an active, and legitimate, company that's in good standing.
Throughout this process, we may reach out and ask for additional documents in order to verify your business successfully. Here are a few examples of documents we may require:
- Utility Bill
- Letters of Employment
- Certificate of Good Standing
- W9 Tax Form*
- Business License
- Incorporation Documents
The turnaround time can take up to one business day*, however, we will verify your company sooner if the details you have entered during the account creation stage are accurate and true*. As you create your account, please ensure you are entering the correct details (ie. company address, business phone number).
We also need to make sure your company is using our services strictly for employment purposes, or purposes permitted by the FCRA. Any clients that are using our services for purposes outside of those permitted by the FCRA will have their account terminated.
Our team will refund all orders placed if your business cannot be verified.
