Once you're there, please click Forgot Your Password and create a brand new password in order to access the account. From there, you'll have full access to our service list and the ability to issue checks in no time.
*Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven't received your password reset email.
Once you've logged into your account, please click Screen Applicant on the top right corner of your dashboard. Once there, you must verify payment before screening applicants. Please click Connect Payment Card and enter your credit card details, as this will allow our service list to populate.

- For US clients, you’ll undergo a verification process in which your account will be temporarily deactivated. This process includes verifying the information you’ve inputted about your business business, where it's located, and your position there. Once we’ve complete this process, you will regain access to your account.
- If we require further information for account verification, our team will send you an email asking you for additional documents.
