Before Entering CC Information:
Great question! In order to screen an applicant, you'll have to visit your dashboard after creating your account, and click on Screen Applicant on the top-right. Once you're there, you'll have to enter your credit card details by clicking Connect Payment Card, and this will allow our services list to populate within your account.
After Entering CC Information:
Our services list will populate within your dashboard after entering the required details, and from there, you can select the service you'd like to run. Please hit Continue after selecting the services you'd like run, and this will take you to last stage - entering the candidate's email address*. After you've sent your check, you can sit back and relax as we wait for the candidate to submit their application, and you will be notified once the application has been completed by our team.
* For US teams, you'll have to enter the salary for the position.
